It is an extremely robust belt with a large open area that contributes to it being useful in many different industrial sectors. It is amongst the most versatile and economical straight-running belts available in today’s market. With its large open area characteristic helping to maximise air flow and water drainage in many applications where washing, cooling and drainage qualities are required.

The Honeycomb belt range is extremely easy to clean and subsequently this helps to facilitate very high levels of belt hygiene.

The belts have an extremely high strength to weight ratio and can be manufactured from a wide range of materials depending the nature of the application. These materials include Mild Steel, Carbon Steel, Galvanised Mild Steel, and 316 and 304 Stainless Steel.

Minimum maintenance means relatively low operating costs, contributing to a long and economical belt life.

Positively driven with bespoke custom-made sprockets to suit each specification these belts are conducive with a trouble-free operating process whilst providing a smooth, flat service for increased product stability.

In certain applications these belts can also be fitted with attachments such as side-plates and cross flights.

This particular style of belt is available with either a clenched or a welded washer selvedge depending upon the specification of belt being constructed.
